FITTING RECOMMENDATIONS
These are recommendations for additional clothing accessories that can be difficult to size for. Do not go shopping for the 90s FASHION LOOK. I don’t want you to have to spend any money on this. Shopping is what we’ll be doing. I saw some accessories in the store, but I don’t want to be unprepared should they not have your sizes. The EXTRAS section is a must for trying on a bunch of different clothes
90 FASHION LOOK
Shoes:
- Chunky sneakers: 90s fashion was known for chunky “dad” sneakers or platform sneakers.
- Combat boots: If you have Dr. Martens or similar, those are another great 90s staple.
- Sandals: Chunky platform sandals, like the ones made popular by brands like Steve Madden in the 90s, would also fit the vibe.
Accessories:
- Chokers: A must-have accessory for the 90s look. Black velvet or tattoo chokers.
- Scrunchies: 90s scrunchies can be worn in the hair or even as an accessory around the wrist.
- Small backpacks: to wear as an accessory.
Belts:
- Thin belts with large metal buckles, or even chain belts.
Jewelry:
- Layered necklaces, hoop earrings, and simple rings are great to add.
eXTRAS
- Undergarments: Bring nude, or neutral undergarments, including strapless bras. This way, you can comfortably wear various outfits without undergarments showing through.
- Personal Care Items: Hair ties, bobby pins.
